Tammie and Andy personally invite you to join them and Jim and Nancy from The Grape Life for a very special evening of fabulous wines and delicious Café Indigo cuisine. This Tuesday, November 18th, from 6-9 p.m.
We'll be doing a tasting of some great new wines and chef Andy will be providing some of his favorite dishes, including:
• Cold Smoked Salmon and Gorganzola cheese with tomato chutney on a crostini
• Korean Tiger Prawns with Cucumber kim-chi Salad
• Southwestren Steak Cones with a black bean puree, red onions,
roasted red pepper and a chipotle mayo
• Duck Wontons with a sweet chili sauce
• Spanakopita
• Pesto stuffed cherry tomatoes
• Watermelon and fetta salad
The cost is $30 per person, but space is limited.
